Why we in the USA so vigorously celebrate Mexican independence day I don’t know. You’d think there would actually be more backlash considering all of the anti-illegal immigration sentiment out there right now… but I guess this just proves liquor conquers all. After all, I really think 90% of the publicity is being pushed by the Mexcian beer and liquor companies who just see this as an opportunity to sell more of their product.

… on second thought … it’s probably the US distributors more than the Mexican producers. Aaaah. Good old fashioned American capitalism.
